I am pleased to advise that I have had a call this evening from Bowls Australia to advise that Werribee Bowls Club who has been nominated for the Bowls Club of the Year Award has been invited to attend the official function on the Gold Coast on the 25th October 2018 for the Award Function.

Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that our nomination is successful. Either way, we are down to the last two so we will be either the winner or the runner up in the category which is a significant achievement for our club.

Again, it is thanks to the Board and all of the volunteers at our club for their contribution.
