I am happy to advise that the manual survey input of 54 members has been submitted to WyndhamCity Council. Acknowledgement has been provided to the Club.

On behalf of the Board I would personally like to thank each member who took the time to provide their input either directly via the Wyndham Loop or manually via the Club. Exciting times ahead!

For your information 53 members have provided input into the manual survey to date. I will be at the club after bowls on Tuesday to finalise manual input for those who require assistance.

Thank you to those members who have input directly into the WyndhamCity Loop. The more members who respond the better. The Club has approx. 150 affiliated members alone so lets reach high and aim for a 100% response rate. This is your chance to make a difference for our Club.

It would be much appreciated if TeamApp members could share this information with those without. (Rhonda)

Update 2/12/19
Further to my previous update, it’s now time for all members who have not responded to the online survey, to provide Council with their feedback in relation to the Draft Master Plan prior to the 20th December closing date. The positive support of all members is crucial at this stage to ensure the ongoing support of Council.

At this “concept stage” Council is unable to provide specific details of the proposed facility other than that contained in the Master Plan however, any thoughts or any ideas that you have are most welcome to assist the project to move forward.

The Club will be consulted in relation to the Design Phase etc. and once this information is to hand a meeting of all members will be convened for discussion purposes.

In order to obtain input from those members who, for one reason or other, are unable to use the online survey, the Club has had approval to collect and submit responses via an Excel spreadsheet. Rhonda Edwards will be at the Club after pennant each Tuesday and Saturday and after Turkey Triples and prior to evening social bowls on Wednesdays prior to closing date to collect your input as we did with the initial feedback.

Please share this information with members without TeamApp access.
