Thursday we had 18 teams play in fairly warm and humid conditions – the format being 1×12 ends and 2×10 ends all played in good spirit.

Teams came from Colac, Ocean Grove, St. Leonards, Sebastapol, Dunolly, Point Lonsdale, Highton, Ballarat and Hoppers Crossing.

We had the pleasure of the presence of sponsors of the day Werribee Funerals (Ely Richardson and Alica Spinks) to present the prize money. It was the first time Ely and Alicia had sponsored the event and have indicated their continued support.
