Ron O'Shannessey was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation and a Visa giftcard by our President Chris Smithwick on Wednesday 11th February for his incredible generosity and work around the gardens.
For over 20 years, Ron has been 'the Club's gardener' and has diligently worked every Monday morning to maintain the fabulous garden areas we admire around the club. There is a lot that goes into keeping our gardens looking great with constant weeding, replanting, pruning and care.
Sadly, Ron is no longer able to keep coming back each week - and we just couldn't let him go without saying thank you! Ron will still be a regular at Turkey Triples and for now, his apprentice Jason will continue the fine work of keeping our gardens inspiring for all who come to the club.
